Citing your work correctly whilst at Hekima College

Hekima College recognises two different systems for quoting and using citations in any written work. The Jesuit School of Theology requires all BTh students to make use of the Turabian method, with Footnotes. Books describing this method and providing examples are always available from the Reserve Section of the Library.

At the beginning of every year students attend a workshop on Citation methods.

The Hekimka Institute of Peace Studies and International Relations requires all MA students to make use of the APA style.

Students can access the bibliographical details of any work they cite from this website. There is even a 'Save Record' feature which will allow you to download any information into the many various computer programs used for managing citations e.g. Zotero.
